- Questioning informants: Law enforcement often gets information about supposed drug trafficking through confidential informants. Then when someone gets charged with a crime, prosecutors will try to withhold the identities of these informants. I am experienced at fighting to bring these people's identities out into the open.
- Holding prosecutors accountable: Different state and federal criminal charges for drug trafficking all have different elements that prosecutors must prove before they can convict someone. I do independent investigations in order to seek out weaknesses in the evidence for any of the elements of the crime.
- Expert testimony: You can get charged with drug trafficking and delivery solely based on possessing a large amount of drugs. However, not everyone who has a lot of drugs automatically gets convicted. I have had success using qualified experts who can show why someone might possess a large amount of drugs solely for personal use.
